In recent years, we have worked on creating a magical outdoor environment to live in. The fir bark borer has ravaged our forest and new art and new life are growing out of and between the newly dead old firs. The forest is full of figures, new ones that coexist with the old ones. They crowd with all the trees, ferns and bushes we planted to speed up the process towards the forest that will replace the one that just died. Our goal is to create a place where art and biodiversity can meet, where old dead trees can mingle with young aspirants, where rotting wood can give life to insects, birds and new trees.
